LIQUID FOUNDATION
People with dry skin I suggest they stick with liquid foundation. Powder makes some skin look even more flaky than it already is. You can try to use Maybelline BB Cream,There have been amazing advancements in liquid foundations, so there are many good ones available. Look for one that is lightweight and contains the ingredients dimethicone or silicone, as they do an excellent job in making the skin look exceptionally smooth. A liquid makeup should also contain sunscreen to give added anti-aging protection. Liquid foundations can fill in lines, wrinkles and pores, making them less noticeable so the skin appears smoother and they do also provide excellent coverage. They also help to create a layer of protection to help retain moisture in the skin, especially in drying environments like during the cold months.

I run very dry and my Holy Grail is MUFE Face and Body, but from the drugstore, Loreal Lumi Cushion is delightful. It's so comfortable on the skin and leaves dry skin looking fresh and glowy.
Ultra has the brand buy 1, get 1 50%off of any other product from the line and you can take a peek at the reviews to see if it's something that will work for you.

I did see you purchased the original formula for True Match in another thread and it didn't pair well with your skin. You can use a moisturizer to prime and add a tiny drop of any facial oil to the foundation rather than toss it. If you can return it, however, I would as it's not formulated for us dry gals. Good luck!

Oops, I'm sorry about the Bobbi Brown, not exactly under 20 dollars. You can't go wrong with the Bourjois though.

Hey Rozberry, how's the coverage on the lumi cushion?
I really wanna check it out however I have some mild discoloration I want to cover and your typical light acne scars so I didn't know if this would work well for me? Plus I heard you go through it very quickly 😐

Dana, I would say light to medium coverage. Light on the skin, dewy finish. It's a very particular look with that glow in the formula. I don't about going through it quickly because I wear sheer to light coverage most of the time. Medium max..and that's rare for me. It could be paired with a great concealer, but I wouldn't recommend it myself for scaring or discoloration.
