Well if you're thinking of the Clinique cleansing balm then I'm pretty sure it's the Take The Day Off one
https://www.clinique.com/product/1673/6424/Skin-Care/Cleansers-Makeup-Removers/Take-The-Day-Off-Cleansing-Balm
I'm not entirely sure what your question is - do you mean to ask if this product is the same as the Clinique one or if it IS that product?
Regardless, I don't know what product is that because there is no name or picture. What brand is it?

I know it's not the Clinique balm and yes that's what I'm talking about. If you read the picture it says the brand. It's soap and glory from Ulta.

I haven't tried that particular product, but as it says that it's a cleansing milk, it will be different, a cleansing milk comes in liquid Form as opposed to solid like the clinique one. However it can be used for the same thing (at least that's what I would do). I think the body shop camomile cleansing butter might be similar to the clinique one texture-wise, however I haven't tried it myself so I can't review whether it's good.

I personally love the Seacret Facial Cleansing Milk. So soft and gentle!
