Salley Hansen Airbrush Legs?

Sorry I'm not entirely sure what category this should be under. I have scars on my legs from having dermatitis for years. My scars look like dark spots on my legs and I'm extremely self conscious about it. I've been slowly healing them. This weekend I have a wedding to go to and my dress goes to my knee, I was looking for something to partially cover the scars. I've heard good things about Salley Hansen Airbrush Legs, is it any good? Will it rub off during the day?

It has great color and goes on evenly without streaking but it rubs off very easily. I recommend Jergens Natural Glow it is streakfree and doesn't rub off at all

Okay thank you. I used to use Jergens Natural Glow but in the Lotion form. I found it kind of patched off weirdly. Does this do that? Plus I'm not really looking for something to make me tanned, I'm more looking for a cover up for my scars. I'm extremely pale and lots of self tanners can make me look extremely dark compared to the rest of my body lol.

I have several scars on my legs and it covers them greatly. I haven't found that this patches off its pretty durable from what I have seen.

Thank you so much! I might have to go pick it up. Does it wash off in the shower like the Salley Hansen one? or will it stay on?

It does not rub off easily unless you put a thick layer and it didn't dry down properly like any makeup.
The Sally one is actually quite long wearing.
I even wore it swimming and it didn't budge.
I HAD to use soap and a loofah to get it off but it didn't get off completely.
I think it has to do with the fact that legs don't secrete oils and don't sweat nearly as much as ones face.

I spray it on my hands and rub it in. Work in layers and add more if you need more.
Don't just spray it directly on your legs cause it can be messy

I've heard mixed reviews about it online. Some say it stays on well but others say it can rub off easily. My dress is quite tight around my legs and I don't want it to start rubbing off on it, plus it's going to be quite hot this weekend. I'm scared it will start to patch off from the heat/sweat

Shauna that's the best thing you could do is try it out. It's a water resistant product but at least you can figure out if it works for you. :)

Definitely. I just wish I had more time lol. I just bought it but I work a lot of hours this week. I just don't want it to make my legs look worse by the weekend and then not wash off haha.

Sally Hansen is great for one day use as Alma and Aurora mentionned. it almost acts as a foundation which is great for coverage. the jergens is great too but its more of a gradual self tanner type product so it won't really cover scars too much. I love the product, but I think the sally hansen is what youre looking for.

I'm a big big big fan of Sally Hansen airbrush legs and in my experience it has lasted all day not only has it saved me in-between Tan's but it is thick enough to cover up my tattoo with just two applications I really can't say enough good things about it I hope you find what you are looking for sweetheart
