Try using a light amount of foundation and a lighter concealer as a highlighter. For lips, you can go nude or pink. Some brushes can be used in the place of others to compliment your skin. Use light colors for eyeshadow and maybe a brown to define it. And instead of winged liners try using a regular liner in brown so it won't be too dark.

Thanx but I want to add more to it. like highlighter eyeliner and eyeshadow but my make up never seems to last I do put a translucent powder and setting spray it last but always ends up looking oily what can I do? also what is a good make up that doesn't smudge all over clothes and just stays on me

Cute!! Put on primer to help it stay on then put on a white shadow to make the next shadow pop!! Set it with spray and it should be good. No advice on the smudging because I've never dealt with it. Sorry.

When I first started with eyeshadow I went to a dollar store - Don't judge. But usually Dollar General has a 2 for 1 basket with L.A. color eyeshadow, lip glosses, and other random stuff. The colors are quite pigmented, so I recommend those or beginners a lot. Hope this helped!!

Do they work as good? or did you just buy those to get use to wearing eyeshadow?

Your makeup is really cute in that picture. I am 19 and I've been using makeup for about 4 years now and when I started I wanted to literally wear everything, but as I've gotten older I've learned that less is more and I learned how to appreciate my natural skin. I currently just wear some eyeshadow, concealer, a translucent powder, a blush and bronzer and I am in love with nude pink lipsticks.
I personally don't think that telling you what products to use or how much to use it it always key. if that is what you want TOTALLY GO FOR IT!! But don't forget to take care of your skin before and after putting on makeup so maybe one day you will be comfortable with wearing less.
welcome to the world of makeup girl! it's so much fun!!

They work pretty well! I do suggest packing them on for a more noticeable colors though. The color workshop also has some nice colors, too. They have an Essential Eye Portfolio pallet that has Matt, Shimmery, and highlight colors as well as a small mascara and 2 pencil liners.
