So I'm going for my eyebrow tattoo consultation today and I'm super nervous, it's really just to sort out the shape and put down my deposit but I'm so nervous about meeting her and letting her do my eyebrows! I'm supposed to be taking shapes of brows I like however I only found these two that seemed appealing to me but they're completely different shapes, which of these do you think would be nicer?

First picture is actual work of the lady I'll be seeing. :)

And these ones, I saw these and now I'm having a hard time deciding. You guys know me, thinner brows and all haha!

And my face for reference! Also, brows tattoos will be in my natural colour or somewhat like it so they won't be so dark anymore lol yay!

Or something more like this shape?

I like both. it looks like she does good work from that first pic. if you're s thin brow gal, then go with the 2nd ones. you can always use brie products to beef them up if you want to change up the look. you look great with thin brows.

Thank you Kim! Yeah I researched places for 2 months, found her two days ago and called her immediately haha! She's only half an hour away too so that's a plus! And that's what I was thinking too, I won't be able to take away from them if she makes them thicker but at the same time I'm like well they're expensive should I try something new lol! I'm sure she'll measure up my face and tell me what shape she thinks will work best but I'm still so nervous and confused like do I really want this hahah but I know I do it's just my first tattoo 😩

Oh, I see. Ya first tatoo, no matter what it is is nerve wracking. definitely listen to her suggestions, but at the end, it's your face and go with your gut.

For sure! Thanks so much for helping! :) I'm definitely going to be like straight up with her cause my brows are pretty damn precise everyday so I hope she can keep my tail sharp hahah

Thank you Gen! :) I sort of hope I choose those ones too and that the lady thinks they'll fit me cause it'd be nice to have lighter brows for a change haha.

I really like the last one you posted. they are pretty similar to mine...so of corse I'm going to lime them! or the firdt one. they are a lot more natural looking.

I like all the brow pictures you posted. I don't think the shapes are necessarily very different from each other, but the thickness of the brows are. I think that style would suit you very well no matter how thick it is. the only thing I would make sure to ask is how natural (not necessarily natural, but I mean "odd" or obvious) looking will it be if you go thicker? because I think it will be nice, but not if its like really obvious... (I don't mean this in a mean way... just don't know how to explain myself). also, not sure about you, but when my brows are thicker, it tends to make me look younger. I would love to hear what you decide on... I wish I can do this to fill in my empty spaces but its too pricy :(

I like the first and last one
Is this permanent tattoo or MICROBLADING style? Good luck with it! You are very pretty even if you just left it as is even if you had no hair there lol just use brow pow and dipbrow!🙂

Hey you guys! So we ended up deciding I'll go for the second thinner shape and then if I decide I want them thicker I'll do that when I have my touch up appointment, she set the date for the 19th! :) and thank you all for your encouraging advice! <3.

And it's the feather touch method :) so semi permanent! They're supposed to last up to 2 years :)

I would go with the second ones because they will be thin and well shaped but you can always go in with a pencil and make them thicker!

I really like this one, I think it would work really well for your face.

Thank you girls! :)

@genevieve, that's the shape she said she thought would work best :) I'm so excited and nervous I just hope it isn't a waste of money haha

I think it will look super pretty! How expensive is it if you're comfortable saying? I can't wait to see the result :)

It's usually 500$ however they're having like a special for June and I get to pay 350$ including my touch up visit 4/8 weeks after my initial appointment to get the tattoo :) my grandma is getting them for me for my 21st! Which is on the 21st lol! :P

Shaye M.

But they're supposed to last anywhere between 18 months to 2 years :) so I figured it'd be worth it considering I'm getting super over filling my brows in everyday lol! I can't wait for the actual day of the appointment so I can take before and after pictures for you guys lol! :)

I would love to see that! And that special is really good, specially since it includes the touch up! I wonder if it will be painful...

Shaye M.

Yeah I'm still a bit worried about that part because they don't use a cosmetic tattoo gun they use a hand tool that's like a tiny little scalpel to cut in the hair strokes haha! She made it pretty clear that I have to just tolerate it when she does the first strokes cause apparently that will be the most painful/uncomfortable part until she puts the stronger numbing cream on. Only 5 days! Super scared I won't like it lol, but I can't wait to update you guys!

It will look awesome I'm sure!
