Try out CND Vinylux polishes. 😍
I have two shades and I absolutely just lovee them. They last for more than a week. (With a top and base coat) 😳

I have CND too. You need to check your lamp and nail prep. Also I would recommend to use ultrabond before base coat. I've recently made one design with it. I always try to use bright colors, they last longer (some designs in bright color http://nailartstyle.com/top-50-light-blue-nail-designs)
