You could try teasing your hair a bit at the crown for some volume, when blow drying your hair you can try blow drying your hair upside down, and if you prefer no heat you could try a volumnizing(?) mousse at your roots!

I'd say more damp if your hair is really wet it may not take as well but between damp and dry would be good I'd assume to help with your hair

Braid your hair in pigtails and spray with sea salt texture spray. Then use a voluminzing spray on your roots.

Here's what I do. two french plaits while its wet, sleep with them in, take them out, add a bit of beach blonde salt spray, scrunch and possibly tease the Crown if needed.

Try flipping your hair upside down and brush it like that to give it more volume or after a shower when it is damp you can use a hair dryer and a 360 brush to give it more volume

You could braid your hair (rope braid preferably) and leave it over night to get the curls. Then in the morning style it how you want and tease! x
