The underneath of my head is shaved with a design and I wanna bleach my top. How do I go about doing this without getting bleach where it's shaved at?

You can put some hair conditioner in the parts where you don't want the bleach to affect it :-)

It's going to be gross, apply Vaseline where you don't want hair color nor bleach. extra shampoo might be needed to remove it from the hair.

I recommend what the other girls suggested and also using foils for the top of your hair when applying bleach that way you can sort of "fold/wrap" it into the foil rather than having it lay down against the shaved part
