Hi Donna, what excatly do you mean by putting foundation on after makeup?

The only time I put foundation on over makeup is when I'm retouching at the end of the day. Then, I must reapply concealer, blush, etc., as well.

If I'm doing bright or dark eyeshadow that has the potential to leave specks of color on my under eye area, I do my face and lid primer then my eyeshadow before doing my foundation, concealer, blush, etc. so that I can easily clean up any mess my eyeshadow might make without messing up the rest of my makeup.
