Ok so I'm still trying to get the hang of contour
But I'm still stuck is it
Is contouring after you apply the powder or before
I do foundation concealer eyeshadow
So when contouring I see videos where girls do all that but don't apply the powder

Well some people don't powder/set their entire face and just do under their eyes. If you powder/set your face then do that first and then contour.

For powder contour--
Apply foundation and under eye concealer.set under eyes with either an eye brightening powder or highlight shade in your pallate. Set the rest of you face LIGHTLY with translucent powder and continue finish out your face contouring and highlighting. I have found that setting under eye concealer with the highly shade make them brighten up and setting it right away really helps with creasing.
