I saw his video on YouTube and came here to ask what is the best tool for applying concealer? A brush or a sponge. In his video he says to blot with tissue paper but never mentions how to apply, any tips?

I usually apply it with a sponge and make sure to blend it good and to set it I use either brush or sponge but I find it that my concealer doesn't crease as much when I add my setting powder with a sponge

I find that applying with my fingers first and then a damp sponge helps. I also apply a setting powder after.

Apply an even layer of powder on top
Typically it is very hard to erase those creases under our eyes but setting it with a little layer of powder decreases them

I like to set my under eyes with a makeup sponge right after I blend out my concealer.

I would recommend using a silicone based primer under your eyes to fill any sort of wrinkle or potential ceases. I apply my concealer with a brush, but a sponge or beauty blender works too. Then make sure to set concealer with a translucent powder or your regular powder well. I found when I "bake" my concealer it sets it the best

I have a serious start to fine lines around my eyes thanks to my allergies :( but I feel like I get the best results when I blend my concealer out with a beauty blender and then apply a finishing powder. e.l.f. makes an inexpensive brightening under eye powder that I really like and Real Techniques has a great small but fluffy brush for getting just the right amount of powder on there. Also consider investing in a good eye cream and keep your under eye area really hydrated to help reduce the appearance of lines in the first place.

Setting the underrate concealer right away has made a huge difference for me. I use a light pressing with my setting brush rather than a dusting with all over setting powder. I typically set my under eye then move on to set the rest of my face foundation.

I find making certain the under eye area is maximally moisturized works best for me, followed by the slightest bit of setting powder. I've been using Hourglass (the slight yellow, the name escapes me at the moment) with the lightest hand and a fan brush.
