You can achieve that by using similar colors. They look like golds, cranberry. Find a palette that has the colors you like first and then practice, practice. YouTube and Pinterest have great tutorials that may help.

Colours like NYX Rust, Kiko 207, Kiko 205, Manic Panic vampire red, Colourpop drift, MUFE Morello cherry, MUFE Magma, MUFE Auburn, Sugarpill love+, Sugarpill asylum and MAC brownscript will all be fab. All eyeshadows but work really well with a dampened angled brush for eyeliner if you wanted to start off a little more subtle. These colours definitely aren't subtle for sure haha :)
