It's normal to lose around 100+ strands a day. If you notice your hair is thinning or bald patches are forming because of your hair loss that's when you should see a doctor.

I recommend taking a blood test as a doctor will be able to detect if anything is abnormal to the usual hair loss people experience daily :)

It happens from time to time. Humans have phases that their hair goes through constantly. This includes a phase where hair is shed more than normal. If it creates bald spots or persists for more than a few months then you might want to see a doctor.

I agree with everyone else also take it easy when brushing as it will cause less hair to be pulled out x
