Liquid lipstick emergency

So every time I wear liquid lipstick it makes my lips look all dry and feel dry. Also after a while it flakes off and I find myself apply so many layers help!!

All you can really do is exfoliate beforhand and moisterize the night before and right before application..

Exfoliating, and then put some type of extreme lip quenching moisturizer like 30 minutes before hand. like, skip the eos or Nivea, and go for the slightly more expensive brands, it's sooo worth it. even coconut oil will help tons, I have dry lips, even if I'm not wearing any lip products, and just tinted lip balm, I still get cracked, dry lips, that even bleed at times, but since I started exfoliating, and running my toothbrush over my lips when I brush my teeth, my lips are sooooooooooo soft and plush, it helps so much!

I use a lip liner to line and cover my lips helps keep liquid lipstick on and moisturizing also I put a clear gloss over. It helps me worth a shot
