Opinions on Charlotte Tilbury magic foundation?

I was looking into buying this foundation because I've seen some good results from people, but I just wanted some opinions on it? Thank you.

What's your skintype Lydia?

Both me (20s) and my mum (50s) have used this foundation. We both have normal to oily skin. It was a bit too matte and heavy for us, mum specifically described it as "mask like". Mum prefers medium coverage, I prefer light and we both like a satin finish (rather than matte) so it's probably not the foundation for us really.

I have normal to oily skin but wth some dry patches.

If you have dry patches you may find it clings to them a bit. You need to make sure your face is well prepped for this foundation. I also personally find it applies better with a sponge rather than a brush.
