Hey,

I'm on the look out for a new face powder. something that is medium to full coverage. My skin is dry combo.
I don't have a specific price range so any price will do!
I look forward to hearing your recommendations and if you can, please tell why you like it or recommend it.

Thanks.

I wouldn't really recommend using a powder foundation on dry skin, it could just end up making your skin look more dry and emphasize flaking etc
I mean, if your dryness is very minimal you can make a powder foundation work for you by using moisturizer and a decent amount of silicone based primer so that the powder glides on better.
I noticed using the more silicone based primers can help prevent the powder from looking flat or getting patchy on those with more normal skin.

With that being said, I really like the MAC Studio Fix powder especially since the color range is great.
The formula itself is my favorite, been usin it for awhile, I've tried quite a few powder foundations and I just always go back to this one.
The coverage is light-medium depending on what you use to apply it.
I use a buffing brush and get a good medium coverage an it's quite buildable

If you're set on powder. I would suggest Mac Careblend Compact Powder is a medium coverage powder made foe sensitive, dry skin, but is not a powder foundation. Also Becca has powder foundation that is also good for dry skin and has a bit more coverage than the Mac one.
