I'm looking to purchase an eye cream, the one I was using was a store brand and it was great! I am open to trying new thing's though :)
I'm 27, with some lines and dark circles, I occasionally have puffiness.

I've seen an improvement with The Body Shop Vitamin E eye cream. It's lightweight, yet.moisturizing and helps a lot reducing puffiness! I'm prone to have eye bags and this eye cream has been really good preventing them. It also does a fine job with fine lines, although I can't tell if it helps with dark circles since I don't have them. Overall I think it's a great option and the price is not bad. I will definitely repurchase since it gives equal, or even better, results that other creams that I had tried from other brands (Clinique, Fresh, Origins, Benefit)

I have tried so many eye creams, a lot help with moisturising but not dark circles. I would really like to know which cream helps with dark circles. Following your post.

I used the Studio 35 eyecream, it was next to the L'Oreal revitalift skincare line. It helped mine, btw Studio 35 is a walgreens brand.

CeraVe has one of the best eye creams available at the drugstore in terms of both price and formulation. Keep in mind thought that almost any well-formulated facial moisturizer can also be used on the eye area unless it has very intense actives or exfoliating ingredients.

I agree with Leuca, I love the cerave eye cream! Amazing underneath concealer too :)
