I think the Smashbox Photofinish original is perfect for people with more normal to slightly oily skin.
You can try to pick up the travel size which is about $15-$16 and you get a good amount of product to try out

The Smash Box photo finish original is really good for that that and I would do what Aurora S. said and get a travel sized first.

I have normal to oily skin and use the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer (also the Smashbox Pore Minimizing Primer but that's just to fill pores). I buy the travel size since it's cheaper and it's lasted me quite awhile since you only need 1 pump for your entire face. It keeps me matte longer and keeps my makeup in place all day (:

I was a hardcore fan of the hourglass primer (still am) and recently ran out, so I decided to try the nyx angel veil primer (supposed to be a dupe) and I loooove it. It doesn't have spf in it like the hourglass, so that's a bummer, but it feels just as silky going on, and keeps me matte just like the hourglass. I'm a big fan!
