I really like the Essence ones. they're like 2$ and the pigmentation is great. I think they are great for the price.

L'oreal countour parfait in cappuccino. I bought it on sale for about 2? but I believe the normal price is less than 10$
I wish I had bought a bunch of them ahah the best formula I've ever tried

Nyx. and I don't know too much about the brand except that they are based in California (I believe their factory is in china) but nabi has some that are just like nyxs and you can find them in sets on Amazon or ebay for around 2$ each.

BH cosmetics, very creamy, pigmented and actually are very much waterproof.
I had outlined my lips for a more sharp clean look and even when I was making out with the beau, despite my lipstick being gone, the lipliner was still in place.
I did look a bit odd with just a red ring around my lips though.
Probably should have just used that as a lipstick lol

I love the nyx ones! I have a bunch and they honestly seem like the same thing as my Mac ones. Nyx also just came out with a line of suede lip liners which I guess are more creamy. They look awesome I can't wait to try thrm.

@Kylie, I think it depends on the color honestly. I know for sure that Delight is brighter, more of a coral red than a true red like it shows on the website and I believe the shade Brazen?(the purple color) is actually more vivid/not so pastel hued the way it is online. So some shades are lighter or darker. Not very consistent from what I can tell
