Out of curiosity, do you use an eye cream? If you don't, I'd recommend starting; they can have a lot of benefits for eyes that are dehydrated and discolored.
Aside from that, have you tried a color corrector? A peachy toned color will cancel out any purple or blue under the eyes, and Urban Decay has some very good ones. Follow that up with a thinner consistency of concealer or just your foundation to blend it into the skin =)

I have hereditary dark circles and I've hated them all my life because I got them from my dads side, even though my dad doesn't have any :/ lol but I use cerave eye repair cream for the puffiness and to moisturize. I also use a peach or orange concealer, I've used The Benefit Erase Paste which is a peach colored one, The NYX Above and Beyond Orange Concealer. I lightly tap it under my eyes, and smooth it over with a damp beauty blender. And then go over with my regular concealer, I'm using Maybelline fit me now. And smooth it with my damp beauty blender. And depending how my skin is I'll bake with translucent powder or just a quick tap under the eyes. But I got It Cosmetics Bye Bye under eyes in my Ipsy bag and I love it to cover dark circles. It is thick but you just have to warm it up for easier application. I hope this helps :)

What I use depends on me because sometimes my circles can be bad where I do have to use eye cream, and color correct my dark circles and take those extra steps to prevent them from showing and other days I just use my regular Maybelline fit me and set it with powder! but drinking plenty of water, good sleep and an eye cream helps soo much.

Honestly I don't see any purple at all in that photo - I see what looks like the shape of your eye socket but no noticeable bags... If you are really worried about it I agree with Hannah in trying an eye cream - but you really don't have anything that I can see that needs to be covered.

And I read that the best way is to apply the concealer on as an upside down triangle and that should help blend through not show that you covered your under eyes in concealer
