I have both dry and oily skin. My makeup comes off on my chin jawbone and forehead, but it also comes off in flakes because it's dry. I use a really good moisturizer from CeraVe. What kind of primer and foundation duo would work best for my skin? I would like it to be medium to full coverage because I have acne and redness but I also want it to look natural. I don't care what kind of finish.

Hourglass mineral veil primer is amazing! I use covergirl 3 in 1 foundation and have been using it for years and even in the summers this stuff stays on ALL day and I have combination skin.

I have the same problem! I've recently started using the Revlon Colorstay Foundation and I love it! It's a medium coverage but very buildable if you put on light layers at a time. I've found that I like the combination/oily skin one better, as the dry skin one is very thick and cakey. It's a semi-matte finish, but if some days I want a more dewy look, I put a little of the L'Oréal True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation on the high points of my face and blend he excess product out. Before I put my makeup on, I wash with a very very light exfoliating cleanser, use toner, and lotion. I wait for the lotion to soak into my skin before applying a thin layer of primer. Hope this helps :)

I like using the hourglass mineral veil primer all over my face and the becca primer on my extremely oily areas. I found that those worked good for my oily/combo skin. For foundation I have always used the revlon colorstay in oily/combo skin type. That has always been my go to foundation
