What's your favorite powder foundation/pressed powder?

I'm looking for a powder to wear on my face for work. It's getting too hot for liquid, & I don't have the energy to go through the trial & error of finding a liquid foundation that won't cake/slide off my face throughout the day, even WITH primer/setting powder/setting spray.

I've tried bareMinerals. Didn't like it because their lightest shade was too dark for me, & I had to use a lot of product to get ANY sort of coverage. I NEED coverage. I've been looking at Kat Von D's powder foundation, It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC powder, & L'Oreal's Infalliable Pro Matte powder. What are your favorites??

I prefer the Studio Fix powder foundation from MAC they have lots of shades. (I recommend trying a shade and then spraying it with fix + because the initial shade is usually a little lighter until your natural oils or sweat oxidizes it)

I'd say it's like medium buildable foundation.
I like to use it with a dense kabuki brush.

I haven't really come across a powder foundation that's FULL coverage (I define it as being able to cover hyperpigmentation fairly well)

I'd still use a concealer and color corrector on hyperpigmentation
but the studio fix gives better coverage than the Infallible Pro Matte for sure.
I haven't really tried the Kat Von D powder or the It cosmetics one so I can't really compare it to those.

My favorite powder foundation is Koh Gen Do's Maifanshi Silky powder foundation. It's a fantastic medium coverage powder foundation that has more of a satin finish to it and it holds up remarkably well under heat and humidity. It can also be applied with a damp sponge for fuller coverage. This one looks so un-powder like on the skin it still blows my mind. I'll attach some swatches of it for you.

Another dynamite powder foundation is Graftobian Dual Finish Powder foundation. Like the KGD, It's a versatile powder foundation. Apply it with a brush for sheer coverage, apply it with a sponge for more medium coverage, apply it with a damp sponge for full coverage. The best characteristic with both of these powder foundations? No streaking and no caking. Shade wise, the Graftobian is far more extensive than the KGD, but they are both excellent choices for someone looking for a fuller coverage powder foundation that doesn't want an obvious powder foundation look on the skin. Here's a link if you are interested.

I love the body shops all in one face base for powder foundation. It also looks amazing over my foundation to set it and add more coverage.

@Aurora I was thinking of MAC Studio Fix. Problem is that I'd have to order online, the closest MAC is over in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, which is an hour away. I always prefer to see foundation in person before I buy it.

@Jacqueline Koh Gen Do is legit & I've always wanted to try their products. Every time I want to try something though my adult responsibilities start yelling at me & my urges are locked to the wayside. Sadness.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
