Acne for no reason??

I just noticed today that I had a whole bunch of acne pop up all over my face, this is not common for me AT ALL. And I can't figure out why. I just washed my brushes, and have normal-combo skin (if that helps)
I have been using the Maneline Dream Fresh BB cream, and the NYX HD mineral concealer for about a week.

My period is supposed to start on the 13th so I plan to just give my skin a break and not wear makeup until then, then after wait a few days, then just use the concealer. And see if that makes a difference, if it doesn't I plan to not use the concealer and only use the BB cream.

Oh and I use the Everyday Minerals Base Matte powder (tan 5n ) for about a year and haven't had problems with that (if that helps either)

The only other thing I can think of is that I was given a Purity blush and have been kind of trying it out, so it could very well be that (so I plan to not use that blush throughout my little "plan")

Do you have any idea what it could be, or anything I can do? Do you think I have came up with a good plan??

There are too many factors that contribute to acne for an unprofessional on BL to diagnose you - your best bet is to see a derm to figure out the problem - otherwise the type of acne and location on the face can give clues to what the cause is - in any case it could be anything from stress/hormones to sensitivity to foods and/or certain products - or even just you touching your face with something dirty (hands, pillow case, etc) - just keep up with your skin regime (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) and add a spot treatment to target the acne - eventually it will go away depending on the type of acne and your body's own way of healing will determine when it will be gone - but just be diligent with your skincare and try to stay away from any new products that may be contributing to it.

Acne doesn't always happen from the outside. It can happen from the inside too. If nothing has changed except for that new blush then that could be it. Or it could also be as simple as say for example you tried a new food with sometging you haven't had before which then gave you a reaction. Anything kinda like that pretty much. Anything that could have also broight your hormones out of whack.

Is the BB cream in a blue bottle or the pink one? If it is the pink one I tried that and it made me break out bad, so it could be that as well as hormones are going crazy because you are getting ready to start.
