My dentist recommended Plus white 5 minute whitening gel and it is amazing. No sensitivity and literally takes 5 mins. If I don't whiten for a long time I'll leave in on for 20 mins and my teeth look brand new!

I found a tip on the web: activated charcoal.
what you do is brush your teeth with activated charcoal instead of toothpaste every night. it works really good because of the properties of activated charcoal. it is also much tender on the teeth than many home remedies out there.

I've been trying coconut oil. You put the coconut oil in your mouth and a little water and just swish it around for a little bit. Then when I spit it out, I brush my teeth afterwards. I think it's working and it's inexpensive

I have only tried crest white strips and they are great, but can be expensive. I have heard great things about plus white. also, Colgate optic white toothpaste is beyond amazing. I just finished a tube and my teeth have lightened a few shades since I started using it. so if you don't mind whitening long term or just want to keep up the whitening, I highly recommend it.
