Hi All,
I just received my order of Jeffree Star's King Tut and Peach Goddess. Peach Goddess was fine but King Tut was completely wrecked- smashed to a powder. I bought it off Beautylish, does anyone know what the process is to obtain a refund or replacement? I've emailed the customer service team but I couldnt find any other information. I've never had this issue with Beautylish before so just a bit confused, any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

The customer team will get back to you as soon as they can and take care of it for you :) Jeffree Star has announced that a big shipment of the king tut highlighters were accidentally dropped and therefore many was broken. Its unfortunate that you got one of the broken once :(
