I've gotten them... I'm not sure what they are, but exfoliating helped a lot.

Hi, Elizabeth, what kind of exfoliator did you use? I exfoliate my face with coconut oil ( sometimes I use olive oil) and sugar, but it doesn't help :(

They could be very large white heads that are firmly in your skin. I would get this checked out by a doctor. Have you tried looking on Pinterest for natural remedies to rid of white heads? They have a lot.

Appi, I am afraid of putting oil on my face now, I used to mix coconut oil with my moisturizer, but it clogged my pores. So I world just use a regular moisturizer :)

Hey, It might be the heat from your body which is causing you that, and it is normal to have, yet it won't leave any scar back unless you don't try to touch it oftently. If you want to get rid of it, then try using a Zeroblem cream which is good at targeting acnes and scars, and helps in moisturising the skin as well. This product is clinically proven and it has no side effects.
