I use coconut oil and sugar. it seems to work Just as well, even better :) coconut oil is very moisturizing and good for your skin.

Sugar and honey is another good one - or brown sugar instead of white sugar to be more gentle.

I use H2O sea salt skin smoother. It's sea salt instead of sugar so it doesn't melt too quickly, softening ingredients include sweet almond oil. Rozberry recommended this to me and I love it!!
