I decided now that school is out, it would be a great time to let my skin breathe and refresh with no makeup! I challenge you girls to put down the makeup, whether it's only weekends, a month, for the summer, or the entire year! With that said, what are the best moisturizers as well as sun screens to use since I won't be using a bb cream?

Good for you for giving your skin the time it needs to breathe! I don't wear makeup everyday anyways so my skin has plenty of time to breathe. As for your question, what is your skin type? I have normal to oily skin and I would suggest the Murad Essential-C Day Moisture SPF 30 or The Body Shop Vitamin C Moisturizer SPF 30.

I don't wear makeup every day because when I don't leave the house I won't bother, but when I do leave for more than a couple minutes I will do makeup just because it's fun and I get to have a creative outlet. It wouldn't be a challenge for me to go without it, it would just be unpleasant and less fun lol.
What is your skin type though?

I'm the same way as alyx I only wear makeup when I go out with the hubby but most days I'm a home body so I only really wear it like once or twice a week - for a moisturizer I like the yes to carrots daily moisturizer with SPF - I have combo/oily acne prone sensitive skin and this stuff is just so moisturizing but feels lightweight and is great for the SPF too.

My favorite sunblock moisturizer is by Paula's choice. It's the calm redness SPF 30 , they have one for combo to oily as well as one for normal to dry.

Alexis, Alyx, Diana and Livi my skin in Intel oily on my forehead and chin. When school was still in, I wore makeup everyday but it wasn't really too bad for my skin because the only cover up I did was bb cream, concealer, and a setting powder.
