What's the best waterproof drugstore eyebrow product and mascara. if they make waterproof foundation then what's the best? Thank you!! I have dry pale skin and most foundationd oxidize terribly on me if that helps.

I use the anastacia duo brow powder. however to hold in place the elf clear brow gel works amazing. I don't have a favorite mascara yet but maybelline great lash in the waterproof version is good (:

Best waterproof eyebrow product is the NYX brow Gel, comes in a few shades and it's in a squeeze tube more waterproof than the ABH and a tad more waterproof than the MUFE one.
As for foundation, I haven't come across a waterproof one from a drugstore brand but you could try to use a pot concealer that's got wax in it to use as a foundation and once it's set it should be water resistant due to waxes ability to repel water

I don't know if it's intentionally waterproof, but Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation holds up well in water...at least it did in a downpour! I agree on the NYX.
