Hi Bryanna what kind of foundation are you looking for? Full, medium, sheer coverage? Matte, dewy finish? What is your skin type like?

Unfortunately I'm not that familiar with full coverage foundations, hopefully some of the other girls are, but I do see a lot of people on here loving the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation - maybe that would be one to look into :)

The MAC Studio Sculpt is pretty good, I like the coverage and the finish but I don't like the way it feels on my skin.

I wouldn't use double wear for prom, it creates a glare in photos and makes your face look all white (can't remember the exact reason why it does that) but it basically looks like you've put highlighter all over your face. I would suggest nars all day luminous, it gives really full coverage but feels light

The white cast in pictures usually comes from the SPF of the foundation.

I use a BB cream as my "base" under my foundation. I use the Smashbox Liquid Halo foundation; it's buildable, so if you want more coverage you can just add more of it. using a finishing powder on top definitely helps with the full-coverage look, as well.
