I'm looking for a powder foundation brush to use with my Tarte Amazonian Clay Powder Foundation. I didn't want to spend that much on the brush meant to be used with it, so do any you have a less expensive option? (Maybe at most 10$-15$). Thanks!

Try a kabuki brush. I liked the small one that came in a set from Ecotools but I also liked the synthetic flat top kabuki brush from Coastal Scents

I LOVE the ELF kabuki brush too, although it's not really as dense compared to the others. When it's more dense I feel it gives more coverage/you don't need to use as much but it's a good option too and it's bigger so even if it doesn't cover as much it'd be faster to layer anyway

The brush that is meant to go with it actually don't work all that well with the product imo anyway. It just makes the powder fly around and doesn't put any on my face. I like using the multitask brush by real techniques with that powder!

I also like Elf's brush (the black and white one)
