I use the stila stay all day liquid liner, let it dry for about 10 mins and still when I use my eye lash curler it gets rubbed off. any suggestions?

You could try setting the eyeliner with a black eyeshadow before curling your lashes or you could curl your lashes before applying eyeliner.

You much be pinching your eyelid along with your lashes. Try curling a little farther away from your lashline.

I agree with Mimi, you're probably pinching or somehow touching/rubbing against your lash line. I use that liner as well and haven't experienced that problem when curling my lashes.
