Don't touch it and don't attempt to pop it. Cleanse your skin and use a spot treatment or a little bit of a charcoal mask on it.

No form of touching or squeezing at all! This is probably TMI (sorry) but I had something like that on my butt. I figured just wash it it will be fine. But everytime I sat on the toilet it ended up getting squeezed against it and it was hurting and it felt bigger like some days later. Had to have my hub pop it for me since it got to that point and that was not pleasant ;_;
So just make sure no contact with it at all and just make sure to clean your face and use treatment.

It's probably a cystic pimple. These type of pimples are painful. S Don't squeeze it. You can take some Adil as directed to help with the pain, and since it's an anti flammatory, it will help the swelling go down. You can also apply ice packs but like anything, don't over do it.
