I have normal/oily skin and I use lush herbalism to wash my face and then I use Clinique toner.

Do you exfoliate or use any face masks?

I suggest adding those steps to your routine. I love the Boscia Exfoliating Peel Geel, it's gentle enough for everyday and super effective at clearing pores and smoothing the skin. For masks I suggest the Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask, it'll draw impurities out of your skin and help unclog your pores.

Those skin colored bumps on your forehead are a sign of dehydration. drink a LOT of water and eat a lot of fibre to detox and get rid of constipation if you are suffering from it. second, start using moisturizing washes or a moisturizer if you can and as Alexis suggested, exfoliate. these bumps will be gone in like a couple of days hopefully as soon as you start doing all of these.
