Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner, easy to use and once it sets it literally doesn't budge. It's the only liner that doesn't transfer on my hooded eyes (:

Essence eyeliner pen in the waterproof formula. It's my favourite so far and I've tried the stila and kvd etc.

I used to use stila stay all day and it's definitely amazing however I started using the NYX matte liquid liner now and it's a quarter of the price and just as good!! It stays all day and doesn't transfer or crack! :)

Is the Stila one more like a pen? I'm always reticent to buy those as they seem to dry so quickly

Genevieve yes it is, its a felt tipped pen/marker. I've bought 2 and it really didn't dry out quickly. they lasted me like over 6 months at least.
