Okay, I have tried false nails, "stop and grow" and I have filed my nails daily but I still bite them, help!

Maybe try putting a clear nail polish on your nails? I did this and it worked well for me x It might help you stop biting them once you know you have a product on them!
You could also try nail/cuticle oil which will help strengthen your nails which will help your nails to grow!
I have tried both of these and they both worked for me:)
Also you must remember that it doesn't happen quickly! The process is hard and was tough in my experience!

I have had this problem get a nail strengthener so when you go to bite them the job will be a lot harder or have acrylic nails done and when you get them removed have them painted in a gel polish so they are strong and look nice so you won't want to bite them since doing this I haven't bit my nails since

I used to do that! My trick is to keep your nails pained and to always have something else to do with your hands (keep a rubber band around your wrist or a thing of play dough in your pencil case).

I've found that if I put really cute nail art on my nails, I won't want to pick at them, and you could try chewing gum, if your occupation allows.
