They aren't exactly the best thing for your nails. Really the only bad thing is they really thin them out but I get my nails done all the time like literally all the time and my nails are fine

Those are cute and yeah they just thin it out but I mean your nails will be fine once they grow back to its thickness. but make sure to take them off right or it'll hurt :/ I just took mine off like last week. they put them on so well that it was hard to take them off. my regular nails were pretty long so I was expecting that it would stay like that. I took them off my self and I ended up cutting them 🙃😒

Acrylics will damage the nail they are put on top of, but once they grow out, you want have a problem! I would just recommend having them taken off at the salon, and afterwards, put a clear coat with a nail hardener on them just to keep them strong and help with breakage.

Don't use nail hardeners! They actually weaken your nails in the long run. The only things about acrylics that harm your natural nail is the application and removal process. As long as these are done by a nail professional/properly, you should be fine. And definitely give your nails a break in between acrylics. If you want to nourish and protect your nails, use a nail oil. Bliss Kiss makes a good one.
