Soak your hands in lemon juice so every time you go to bite your nails you'll taste a sour taste😜 and you can always go on Pinterest/YouTube and search up nail biting tips😛 good luck!

Yes! Paint your nails! Was a nail biter back when I was in middle school! That's what stopped me! I painted my nails and it stopped me from biting because I didn't want to be eating nail polish! Haha

Spend a lot of time painting a complicated design on your nails every weekend! you won't want to ruin it :)

There is a special type of nail polish that is easy to buy and it has a horrible taste once applied to the nails. It appears clear on the nail but biting your nails has a gross bitter taste that lingers in your mouth. That's how I stopped!

I've personally broken my nail biting habit twice and each time it was when I would take extra care painting and cleaning up my nails colours I liked and using the sally hansens nail growth polish, it's just a clear polish that helps your nails grow a little faster. Kept me motivated to see if it would work and it did for me :)

I definitely recommend Acrylic nails!! Made my nails sooo long & quite strong. They don't need to even be long.

Or braces. I have braces and I completely stopped as I can no longer bite- so if biting is a problem a mouth guard may help. You get these from sport shops as they are used for sport like hockey.
