Hair problem does anyone else have that?

Hi beauties , I've recently noticed that not only me but also my family and some of my friends has this.
They are some weird hairs which are thick curly/wavy and has a super weird texture , randomly appearing here and there and I wonder what it is? is it damage or is it normal , cuz when I break them in two it's basically spliting in two. It really bothers me cuz I have a lot of them on my crown section and they feel really unhealthy and weird. please help.

I call those ' head pubes'. ha. I've gotten them before, but not for a while now. Maybe it is from damage - though I doubt it. Obviously , I don't know though. Sorry.
