Does the olive oil, head upside down method really work for quick hair growth?

Idk about putting your head upside down but before I wash my hair I apply olive oil for my hair and let it set for a couple hours and it keeps it shiny and nourished.

I don't know what the head upside down method is but it sure doesn't sounds authentic :-D olive oil is good for dry, frizzy hair though.

The inversion method doesn't work I tried it and it did nothing.
Plus growing hair isnt about using products but keeping your hair healthy so if you use oils and make your sure that your hair is healthy it'll sure grow.
