Personally the Wen products left my hair feeling very heavy and greasy, not light and clean. I used the recommended amount of pumps as well.

If you want it healthy you will just have to get it trimmed regularly. This will take a while but it will be worth it and healthier hair grows faster. :-)

You REALLY have to work with the wen as you massage it vigorously into your scalp for the recommended amount of time. I use wen and think its great. I have noticed days when I am feeling a bit lazy and don't properly use the wen, my hair does feel heavy/greasy etc. Personally it has made my hair healthier, shinier and longer since I purchased it about 3 months ago. If you want more info on it go to Cara's blog @ maskCara.com, she has a post alll about it that convinced me to buy it. :)

I love it. I have dry hair so I never have a problem with it being greasy. But I've actually used it to wash out coconut oil treatments before and it was able to clean it all out. I love that it's sulfate free and most types have little to no alcohol.

Use macadamia oil! It's by a brand call Maccadamia!!! Look it up I promise!
They sell it at CVS and Wagreens
You put a palm full amount in your wet hair, blow dry if you have time (because it really help your hair to absorb it) and you hair is soft, thick and flawless. It starts growing right away!
Wen always weighed down me and my sisters hairs. Greasy, really.
Maccadamia is all nutrients (no real 'oil') so you hair takes it, and doesn't let it sit and get greasy.
Hope you let this help you!! :)

Not for me. Ended up costing a fortune because I had to use sooo much. Also, any extra time in the shower is reserved for shaving not working in the product as much as you need with wen. I have kids... Shower time needs to be used wisely :)

Correct, it doesn't lather. I also have dry hair so the heavy feeling really bothered me. Erin, Macadamia is my favorite! I highly suggest the deep repair masque.

Ok cutting your hair doesn't make it grow faster.. I used to think that too but it doesn't. Also anything sulfate free is better for your hair. Loreal Paris has a sulfate free line in green bottles which I use. And then once a week I use loreal Paris cleansing conditioner it's in a thin gold pump bottle and its the less expensive version of wen. It has a very strong rich smell but I LOVE it.

Wen doesn't clean your hair, it just makes it more oily and leaves it feeling weighed down and unclean. Just give your hair a break for a while and don't do anything with it and get regular hair cuts and it will look healthier and grow or you could get a keratin treatment.
