There is no miracle product that will "cure" your split ends. You will need to cut them. To minimize the appearance, I just use oils and style my hair. I highly recommend just getting them cut though!

You have to cut them otherwise they'll continue splitting up the hair shaft and then you'll have to cut more off. It's important to get regular trims so you don't have to do a big chop due to split ends.

Cut like everyone else is suggesting. Use an Argan oil after styling, and lightly apply to the ends will help reduce the appearance

You can't get rid of split ends unless you get your hair cut or split ends cut by twisting hair sections etc.
you can minimize their appearance by applying a serum or lotion to smoothen them out.
to prevent them altogether, you need to either stop using heat tools or apply a good thermal protectant like John Freida Frizz ease...otherwise keep them moisturized with good shampoos like loreal's sulphate free range or mark hill miracoilicous shampoo and good conditioners like keune balm conditioner or aussie 3 minute miracle...but in my experience split ends are usually because of excessive heat tools without protectants

To reduce the appearance of split ends I can highly recommend garnier fructis wonder oil. it's quite cheap and it doesn't leave the slightly greasy look that most oils leave on my hair plus it makes my ends a lot less dry.

Coconut oil helps a lot.
