Okay so its time for a new hair color! My stylist will be using Olaplex this time, which I'm really excited about, because I've been wanting to try it! Anyways I'm having trouble deciding what I want, as always... Lol here are my ideas (yes I am aware there are a few of Amanda Seyfried, but each of the pictures are a little bit of a different shade of blonde) anyways each are numbered for which one I should go with OR if I should go back darker (you can look at my profile pictures to see all the different shades I've had over the last few years). My main concern for going lighter (which my current color is pretty close to my natural color) is just because my skin is verrrryy fair and I just don't want to look washed out. Which I've had really blonde hair when I was younger but I've been going dark for the last 8 years now, and have just recently been going lighter again. I'll post my current hair color as well. Thank you!!

2 and 3 would suit your undertone  (:

Thanks Yaira! My skin looks a little dark in that picture above just because it was weird lighting; but here is a picture in better lighting of my skintone (older picture but my skin is still this light) sorry if its blurry...

I think 1, 3 and 5 would look good.
Amanda Seyfried herself is quite fair. 1 and 5 look good on her and I'm sure they'll look good on you too.

I personally find that darker hair makes people look lighter due to the contrast.
I noticed I look more tan with platinum hair compared to black hair even though I was actually more tan with black hair.

You also want to consider the tone, notice how she goes with a ash/slightly yellow color since a cool toned/silvery color would wash her out because it's closer in tone to her skintone, basically go the opposite undertone of your skin.

There's this old guide that says you need to use a warm toned color if you have yellow toned skin and cool toned colors of you have pink toned skin.

The issue with that is with that guide the "ideal" undertone was neutral.
I noticed that when my hair is brassy, my skintone doesn't look as yellow/almost neutral/washed out due to my hair being a true yellow color so I go for a cool toned shade which brings out my undertones and my skin looks better.

Her skintone is more neutral/pink so in the 5th pic she has lighter hair but it has a bit of yellow in it

She has pink undertones which is why when she has blonde she usually goes a true ash (slightly green) color. The ash brings out the pink in her skin
