How can I use coconut oil to make my hair grow faster and can it remove dead ends? because my hair is really dead and I want it to be healthy softer.

I don't think coconut oil will help your hair grow, although it is great as a hair mask. My hair is a dry and I do a coconut oil hair mask about 2 a weeks. Leaves my hair very smooth (:

If you have dead or split ends then you need to cut them, otherwise the damage will just continue up the hair shaft. Nothing will make hair grow faster than genetics allows but doing a hair mask at least once a week will help your hair grow to its fullest potential (:
