Dear beautiful women,
We have makeup mishaps. It happens, but I'm not talking about wearing makeup. I'm talking dropping your eyeshadow on the floor, or your makeup mirror breaking. Ugh! What's your worst makeup mishaps?

I got 2 new blushes once and was holding them in my hand and something happened and I dropped them and both crumbled. I wanted to die lol because it was brand new Urban Decay and KVD blushes

Oh no those poor lipsticks!! And blushes too! I had just finished organizing my makeup & when I was putting the last thing away I dropped my Z-palette and a bunch of my MUG shadows shattered :(

I bought a new KVD metal crush eyeshow and it fell out of makeup bag shattering inside the container. Then a few days later I wasn't paying attention and somehow managed to open it upside down spilling the crumbled pieces everywhere.

Omg Lili I'd die and I have a son who's 11 months ahhh you have made me scared lol but my worst one was getting ready to go clubbing dressed up nice and all I was missing was mascara foundation all makeup was done but that and what happens everytime I put on mascara I tend to sneeze so I did n my mascara literally spread all over my eyes so I had to take off alllllll that makeup on my face and all and start over lol so madddd

@ bre ohh girl he sure has expensive taste he's gotten into some of my palettes and almost got to my kevyn aucoin celestial powder I almost died when I saw him playing with it lol ohh and my chikuhodo brushes he was playing with them and I ran to him like there's no tomorrow to take them away it was a close one lol.

@star my best advice is to put a lock on ur makeup and put it where he wont reach it and never leave stuff at ur childs level lol

I accidentally left a scratch mark with my acrylic nails on my becca champagne pop highlighter. was swatching it on my hand to see if it matched my makeup that day and had acrylic nails at the time and accidentally scratched some product off :( I mean not the worst but still painful.

My worst mishap is that a former trusted friend was supposed to return/mail me my two sets of good brushes as well as my bag with all of my go-to's (makeup & skincare). She never did & I'm out hundreds of dollars. I still haven't been able to afford to replace my brushes. It's still traumatic after a year.

Wow these are very upsetting and I completly understand. I had an Urban Decay palette and somehow the mirror broke. I had a bronzer that's crumbled and I remember I had some MAC eyeshadow that costed me a fortune and it spilled. :'( The worst ever...

I had bought the Urban Decay bronzer,highlighter and blusher set and asked my ex boyfriend to hold the bag when I went ti the toilet. well he dropped it and smahed it all and just laughed about it. I was sooo upset. I tried fixing it with rubbing alcohol but it was still shit haha.

So this isn't a product mishap but does the weather count? I did my full face and because I don't drive I was walking to wherever I was going, ended up getting a drop of sweat in my eye and it went all downhill from there, I had white clothes on so I wasn't going to try and dab my eye to stop it watering, I ended up walking home, both eyes crying and sore and at that point mascara was everywhere, foundation had been wiped off in 100 different places and black smears all over my face from walking pretty much blind lol! I'm still cautious doing my makeup now cause it's still pretty warm and I don't ever want that to happen again lol I looked like something out of the walking dead 😭😂
