I wanted to keep the color subtle, maybe a pastel, but I don't know what will suit me. I still want to have fun with my makeup, so I don't want the dress to be too overpowering, does that make sense?
I will have almost platinum hair for my party, and I have quite fair skin, what color would you recommend? Here is the dress, and I will post a picture of my boots I will be wearing, if that helps at all!

I would go with a light pink-peach or a cream with peach accents. If you want a pattern, you could go with a cream-peach floral dress. Hope this helps! :)

Thank you Ave! My only concern is that a light pink will wash me out or be too similar to my skin tone :( Or do you think it will be ok? Also, I was planning on matching the dress in the picture exactly, so I will be buying lace, I just didn't know what color :)

I think an olive - green or navy blue would look nice with the platinum hair and the boots. or if you want something lighter, I think a light beige would look nice but wouldn't be too white for a wedding. :)

Ooh an olive green sounds lovely! As well as light beige. Thank you so much Deborah!

@TK, you could also try a raspberry with rosy tones... your hair would pop against it! Also, that color pairs nicely with makeup because you could go with a soft gold of even metallic pink eye and nude-pink lip :)

Since the dress you posted is a satin bodice with a lace overlay , I suggest maybe doing a mix and match instead of the same colors for both: green bodice with blue overlay, peach bodice with lavender lace, or any combo you think will look nice. I don't know if you or the Taylor will be purchasing the fabric, but if your the one going to the store you could test the fabric over your arm first.
