Bumps on cheeks :(. Need help.

Below I have a picture showing the bumps on my face. Have tried using creams... Not successful. Don't know what it is exactly but I only have it on my cheeks and once in a while my forehead. Again I am a teen and my face is acting up but I know that there are ways to get rid of them. Help please?

They look like breakouts that have not fully surfaced yet to me. Using a chemical exfoliant like one of Paula's Choice 2% BHA products may help.

Looks like it might be a supermild case of keratosis pilaris... easily solved by using Neutrogena Acne face wash! :)

It's not a breakout. I have the same problem and just went to the dermatologist for it. I forget what's it's called but it's a similar problem to keratosis pilaris. I was prescribed the vanicream facial cleanser and soolantra face cream. You can get these at the drug store and I SWEAR it helps so much! After about two weeks up use my face is so smooth. It takes about 6 weeks to see the full effect but trust me, I have tried so many creams and these are the only ones that work!!
