Concealer before or after mineral makeup?

Hi everybody! I was wondering if I should put my liquid under eye concealer under or on top of my bare minerals original foundation? I know that usually I put on my concealer and then set it with powder, but I didn't know if it was the same for powder foundation? Thanks:)

I would use concealer under and just try not to buff in the foundation too much or it could end up blending out the concealer.

If it's for under your eyes you don't have to put foundation over it.

In some cases you could put concealer over the powder but just be careful because it can cause cakiness more easy and it doesn't allow the concealer the blend as good sometimes

I use mineral makeup and I use all of my mousse or liquid products underneath it because otherwise none of it will set and it will get sort of icky and separated.

For my undereyes I use my concealer underneath, I don't use foundation under cause its more likely to crease, but yeh then I set with powder
