The best way to tell is to look at your veins under your wrist - if they are blue you have a pink undertone if they are green you have a yellow undertone if they look bluish/greenish or a combo of both you are neutral

To me you look neutral although cameras may alter tones a tiny bit so just try to pay attention to what you wear and how it compares to your neck.
