L'oreal infallible pro-matte 24 hour foundation is my holy grail drugstore pick. Works best for my combi skin and it has medium + buildable coverage.

L'Or?al infallible pro matte is fantastic! I have the same skin type as you and I love it
Max Factor facefinity is also a lovely foundation and I like Bourjois healthy mix too as it gives me a lovely glow

The L'Or?al one is 7.99 (full coverage, lasts all day, mattifying) in Superdrug, I believe the Max Factor one is 12.99 and Bourjois is 10.99, all in Superdrug and Boots.
Just thought of another one, No7 do lovely foundations! They're anything from 10.99-16.99, I love the Beautifully Matte foundation (which is 14.50) and Instant Radiance (which is 12.50).

I fixed the title for you ;)
Bourjois Healthy Mix and Healthy Mix Serum are great foundations, you can try them out and the price point is affordable.
I got mine at Superdrug when I was visiting! I loved the formula of the "Serum" one but I got the wrong shade so a friend of mine took it off my hands :)
